played a major role in the dissemination, education and
research of Filipino American history in this country.
Founded by Dr.s Fred and Dorothy Cordova (Uncle
Fred and Auntie Dorothy), FANHS has over 20 chapters
across the US.
Arkipelago  Books is dedicated to providing literary products  from  Southeast  
Asian countries,  especially from  the Philippines.    By helping to correct the
misinformation and misinterpretation of Asian peoples & cultures in the United
States,  we hope to heighten the interest in the unfolding multiculturalism within
our society.

Tatak ng Apat na Alon (Mark of Four Waves)

This group of Filipino Americans are reviving the lost
tradition of Philippine tattoos. Based in Los Angeles,
members are spread across America and in Hawaii. They
are both males and females, from all walks of life. Please

go visit Orly Lacquio at Humble Beginnings in
San Jose. He is also a member of the Tatak ng
Alon na Apat Tribe. He has done a couple of my
Filipino tribal designs.
